1. Uygulama ve koşulların kabulü

Kaça Aldım, Mire Bilişim A.Ş. (İstanbul, Türkiye) tarafından sunulan bir harcama kayıt uygulamasıdır: fiş fotoğraflarınızı okur, harcamalarınızı kaydeder, dönemlere göre özetler ve aynı ürünün mağazalara göre fiyatını gösterir. Uygulamayı indirerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Ücretsiz kullanım ve okuma sınırları

Uygulama ücretsizdir. Fişlerin okunması için aylık sınırlar vardır (aylık kota, rutin okuma sıklığı ve hemen okuma hakkı); güncel sınırları uygulamanın Hesap ekranında görürsünüz. Elle girilen harcamalar bu sınırlara girmez. Kendi hatanız olmayan bir sebeple başarısız olan okumanın hakkı geri verilir. Sınırlar değişirse uygulamada gösterilir.

3. Cihaz hesabı ve aktarma kodu

Hesap açmanız ya da giriş yapmanız gerekmez: uygulama telefonunuzda bir cihaz hesabı oluşturur. Harcama kayıtlarınız bu hesaba bağlıdır. Yeni telefona geçmek için uygulamanın verdiği aktarma kodunu kullanırsınız; kodu giren kişi kayıtlarınızı kendi telefonuna taşır, bu yüzden kodu kimseyle paylaşmayın. Uygulamayı kaldırmadan ya da telefonunuzu sıfırlamadan önce aktarma kodu almazsanız kayıtlarınıza yeniden erişemeyebilirsiniz.

4. Okuma sonuçları

Fişler yapay zekâ ile okunur ve okuma hatalı olabilir. Her fiş kaydolmadan önce size gösterilir; tutarı, tarihi ve mağazayı kaydetmeden önce kontrol etmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Uygulamanın kayıtları, özetleri ve içgörüleri kişisel takip içindir; muhasebe kaydı, vergi beyanı, resmî belge ya da mali danışmanlık yerine geçmez. Fiyat karşılaştırmaları yalnızca sizin kaydettiğiniz fişlere dayanır; mağazaların güncel fiyatlarını göstermez.

5. Kullanım kuralları

Uygulamaya yalnızca kendi alışverişlerinize ait ya da yükleme hakkınız olan belgeleri yükleyin.
Başkalarının kişisel verilerini içeren belgeleri yüklemeyin.
Hizmeti aşırı yüklemeye, sınırları aşmaya, başka kullanıcıların verisine erişmeye, uygulamayı ya da sunucuyu tersine mühendislikle çözmeye çalışmayın.

Bu kurallara aykırı kullanımda hizmete erişimi sınırlayabiliriz.

6. Kendi uygulamalarımızın tanıtımı

Özet ekranının en üstünde “Reklam” etiketli küçük bir bant stüdyomuzun kendi uygulamalarından birini tanıtır; üçüncü taraf reklam ağı kullanılmaz. Banda dokunduğunuzda ilgili uygulamanın App Store ya da Google Play sayfası açılır; bundan sonrası için Apple'ın ya da Google'ın koşulları geçerlidir.

7. Gizlilik

Fiş fotoğraflarınız yalnızca okunmak için gönderilir ve okunur okunmaz sunucumuzdan silinir; harcama kayıtlarınız sunucumuzda cihaz hesabınıza bağlı saklanır. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.

8. Hizmetin sürekliliği

Fişlerin okunması için internet bağlantısı gerekir. Hizmetin kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz; bakım, arıza ya da hizmet sağlayıcılarımızdaki bir sorun nedeniyle okuma gecikebilir. Uygulamayı değiştirebilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz; sonlandırmadan önce bunu makul bir süre önceden duyurmaya ve verilerinizi indirebilmeniz için zaman tanımaya çalışırız.

9. Garanti verilmemesi ve sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde Mire Bilişim A.Ş., uygulamanın kullanılmasından ya da kullanılamamasından, okuma hatalarından veya uygulamadaki bilgilere dayanılarak verilen kararlardan doğabilecek zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Bu koşulların hiçbir hükmü, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz ve yürürlükteki hukuk uyarınca sınırlandırılamayan haklarınızı etkilemez.

10. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulamanın yazılımı, simgesi, tasarımı ve metinleri üzerindeki haklar Mire Bilişim A.Ş.'ye aittir; uygulamada kullanılan açık kaynak bileşenler kendi lisanslarına tabidir. Uygulamayı kişisel kullanımınız için kullanabilirsiniz; izin alınmadan kopyalanamaz, değiştirilemez, yeniden dağıtılamaz ya da satılamaz. Kaydettiğiniz harcamalar sizindir.

11. Mağaza koşulları

Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi, Google Play'den indirdiyseniz Google Play Hizmet Şartları da ayrıca geçerlidir. Apple ve Google bu uygulamanın sağlayıcısı değildir ve uygulamaya destek vermekle yükümlü değildir.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Terms of Use

1. The app and acceptance

Kaça Aldım is an expense-recording app provided by Mire Bilişim A.Ş. (Istanbul, Türkiye): it reads your receipt photos, records your expenses, summarises them by period and shows the price of the same product across stores. The app's interface is in Turkish. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Free use and reading limits

The app is free. Reading receipts is subject to monthly limits (a monthly quota, the routine reading frequency and read-now credits); the Account screen shows the current limits. Expenses entered by hand do not count against them. A credit used by a reading that fails for a reason that is not your fault is given back. If the limits change, the app shows it.

3. Device account and transfer code

You do not need to create an account or sign in: the app creates a device account on your phone, and your expense records are tied to it. To move to a new phone you use the transfer code the app gives you; whoever enters the code moves your records to their phone, so do not share it. If you remove the app or reset your phone without taking a transfer code first, you may not be able to reach your records again.

4. Reading results

Receipts are read with AI and a reading can be wrong. Every receipt is shown to you before it is saved; checking the amount, date and store before saving is your responsibility. The app's records, summaries and insights are for personal tracking; they do not replace bookkeeping, tax filings, official documents or financial advice. Price comparisons are based only on the receipts you saved and do not show stores' current prices.

5. Rules of use

Upload only documents of your own purchases or documents you have the right to upload.
Do not upload documents containing other people's personal data.
Do not try to overload the service, get around its limits, reach other users' data, or reverse-engineer the app or the server.

We may restrict access to the service in case of use that breaks these rules.

6. Promotion of our own apps

A small banner labelled “Ad” at the top of the Summary screen promotes one of our studio's own apps; no third-party ad network is used. Tapping it opens that app's page on the App Store or Google Play, where Apple's or Google's terms apply.

7. Privacy

Receipt photos are sent only to be read and are deleted from our server as soon as they have been read; your expense records are kept on our server, tied to your device account. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability

Reading receipts requires an internet connection. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance, outages or a problem at our service providers may delay readings. We may change or discontinue the app; before discontinuing it we will try to announce it reasonably in advance and give you time to download your data.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mire Bilişim A.Ş. is not liable for damage arising from using or being unable to use the app, from reading errors, or from decisions made on the basis of information in the app. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

Rights in the app's software, icon, design and texts belong to Mire Bilişim A.Ş.; open-source components used in the app are subject to their own licences. You may use the app for your personal use; it may not be copied, modified, redistributed or sold without permission. The expenses you record are yours.

11. Store terms

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are not the providers of this app and have no obligation to support it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The current text is always published on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
