Fiş nasıl okunur?

Alttaki kamera düğmesine dokun ve seç: Fotoğraf çek, Galeriden yükle ya da Tutarı elle gir. Fotoğraf sunucumuza gider ve yapay zekâ ile okunur: mağaza, tarih, tutar, ödeme yöntemi ve kalemler çıkarılır. Okunan fiş kaydolmadan önce önüne gelir; emin olunamayan alanlar kehribar renkle işaretlenir. Onlara bak, gerekiyorsa düzelt, kaydet.

Uzun fişi birkaç kare hâlinde çekebilirsin. E-arşiv faturanın ya da sipariş ekranının görüntüsünü galeriden yükleyebilirsin. Fişin yoksa tutarı elle gir; elle giriş kotandan düşmez. Fiyatlar ekranı yalnızca fişteki kalemlerden öğrenir, elle girdiğin tutarlar orada görünmez.

İlk fişin, uygulamanın ne yaptığını hemen görebilmen için beklemeden okunur. Sonraki fişler Fiş Kutusu'na gider.

Fiş Kutusu ve rutin okuma nedir?

İlk fişten sonra çektiğin fişler Fiş Kutusu'nda toplanır ve rutin okumada birlikte okunur. Ücretsiz kullanımda rutin okuma ayda bir yapılır. Fiş Kutusu kaç fişin beklediğini ve bir sonraki rutin okumanın ne zaman olduğunu yazar. Okunan fişler sırayla onayına gelir.

Hemen okuma nedir?

Rutin okumayı beklemek istemediğin fişi Hemen oku ile okutabilirsin. Her fiş 1 hemen okuma hakkı yer; ücretsiz kullanımda ayda 2 hakkın var. Düğmenin altında kaç hak gideceği yazar. Hakkın kutudaki fişlerin hepsine yetmezse yettiği kadarı okunur, kalanlar rutin okumayı bekler. İlk fişin ve rutin okuma bu haktan düşmez.

Tek fotoğrafta birden fazla fiş varsa onay ekranında Diğer fişleri şimdi oku çıkar; oradan okunan her fiş de 1 hemen okuma hakkı yer.

Aylık kota nedir?

Ayda kaç fişin okunabileceğidir; ücretsiz kullanımda ayda 15 fiş. Okunan her fiş (tek fotoğraftaki her fiş ayrı sayılır) kotadan 1 düşer. Kota dolunca fiş çekmeye devam edebilirsin: fişler kaybolmaz, Fiş Kutusu'nda bekler ve kota yenilendiğinde okunur. Kotanı ve ne zaman yenileneceğini Hesap ekranında görürsün.

Fiş okunamadı, hakkım gitti mi?

Hayır. Okuma senin hatan olmayan bir sebeple başarısız olursa (bulanık ya da fiş olmayan bir görsel, sunucu hatası, bağlantı kopması) hak geri verilir. Okunamayan fişler Fiş Kutusu'nda görünür; yeniden çekebilir ya da tutarı elle girebilirsin.

Mağaza okunamadı

Onay ekranında Mağaza ekle'ye dokun; son mağazalarından seç ya da adını yaz. Mağaza zorunlu değil, boş da kaydedebilirsin.

Aynı fişi iki kez çektim

Kaça Aldım kopyaları yakalar. Aynı mağazanın aynı fiş numaralı, aynı gün ve aynı tutarlı fişi ikinci kez kaydolmaz; onay ekranında Kayıtlı fişi aç ya da Bu yüklemeyi sil seçeneklerini görürsün. Fiş numarası okunamadıysa ve aynı dakikada aynı tutarda bir harcaman varsa “kopya olabilir” uyarısı çıkar; gerçekten ayrı bir alışverişse Ayrı fiş olarak kaydet.

Yurt dışında aldığım fiş

Döviz fişi kendi parasıyla kaydolur ve öyle görünür (örneğin 53,51 €). Kur çevrilmez: TL toplamına, kategori kırılımına, içgörülere ve fiyat hafızasına karışmaz; Özet'te ayrı bir “Döviz harcamaları” bloğunda durur. Para birimi yanlış okunduysa onay ekranındaki para birimi çipine dokunup düzelt.

5 yıldan eski fiş kaydedilmiyor

Kaça Aldım bugünden geriye en fazla 5 yıllık fiş ve harcama kaydeder. Tarih yanlış okunduysa onay ekranında Tarihi düzelt; fiş gerçekten eskiyse Fişi sil. Daha önce kaydedilmiş hiçbir harcama gizlenmez: Özel dönem en eski kaydına kadar gider.

İnternet gerekir mi?

Evet, fişler sunucuda okunur. İnternet yokken çektiğin fiş telefonunda sıraya girer ve bağlantı gelince gönderilir.

Hesap ve veriler

Yeni telefona nasıl geçerim?

• Eski telefonda: Hesap → Yeni telefona geç → Aktarma kodu al. Kod 8 karakterdir, 24 saat geçerlidir ve bir kez kullanılır.
• Yeni telefonda: Kaça Aldım'ı kur, henüz fiş çekmeden ya da harcama girmeden Hesap → Kodum var, hafızamı buraya taşı → kodu gir → Hafızamı taşı.
• Harcama kayıtların taşınır. Eski fişlerin fotoğrafları eski telefonda kalır; yeni telefonda o fişlerde “Fotoğraf bu cihazda değil” yazar.
• Kodu kimseyle paylaşma: kodu giren kişi harcama hafızanı kendi telefonuna taşır.

Verimi nasıl indiririm, hesabımı nasıl silerim?

• Verimi indir (Hesap ekranı): sunucuda senin için tuttuğumuz bütün kayıtlar JSON dosyası olarak telefonuna kaydedilir. iPhone'da Dosyalar → iPhone'um → Kaça Aldım. Android'de paylaşım menüsü açılır; dosyayı Drive'a, İndirilenler'e ya da e-postana gönderebilirsin.
• Hesabımı sil (Hesap ekranı, düğmeyi basılı tut): harcamaların, fişlerin ve fotoğrafların kalıcı olarak silinir. Geri alınamaz.
• Uygulamayı kaldırmak sunucudaki kayıtları silmez; önce Hesabımı sil. Uygulamayı kaldırdıysan cihaz kimliğini yazarak bize ulaş.

Fotoğraflarım nerede?

Fiş fotoğrafı yalnızca okunmak için gönderilir ve okunur okunmaz sunucudan silinir; kalıcı kopyası telefonunda, uygulamanın içinde durur. Okunmayı bekleyen fotoğraf okunana kadar sunucuda kalır. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda.

Özet'teki reklam bandı nedir?

Özet ekranının en üstünde, stüdyomuzun kendi uygulamalarından birini tanıtan küçük bir bant görünür. × ile kapatırsan 24 saat görünmez. Reklam ağı ya da izleme yoktur; reklama hiçbir kullanıcı verisi gitmez. Reading receipts

How is a receipt read?

Tap the camera button at the bottom and choose “Fotoğraf çek” (take a photo), “Galeriden yükle” (upload from gallery) or “Tutarı elle gir” (enter the amount by hand). The photo goes to our server and is read with AI: store, date, amount, payment method and items are extracted. Every receipt comes to you for confirmation before it is saved; fields the reading is unsure of are outlined in amber. Check them, correct if needed, and save.

You can shoot a long receipt in several frames, and upload screenshots of e-invoices or order screens from your gallery. Amounts entered by hand do not count against your quota; the Prices screen learns only from receipt items.

Receipt Box and routine reading

Your first receipt is read right away. After that, receipts collect in the Receipt Box (“Fiş Kutusu”) and are read together in the routine reading, once a month on the free plan. The Receipt Box shows how many receipts are waiting and when the next routine reading is.

Read now

To skip the wait, use “Hemen oku” (read now). Each receipt uses 1 read-now credit; the free plan has 2 a month. The line under the button tells you how many credits it will use. If your credits do not cover the whole box, as many as they cover are read and the rest wait. Your first receipt and the routine reading do not use these credits. If one photo holds several receipts, “Diğer fişleri şimdi oku” (read the other receipts now) reads them, 1 credit each.

Monthly quota

The number of receipts that can be read in a month: 15 on the free plan. Each receipt read (each one in a multi-receipt photo counts) uses 1. When the quota is used up you can keep shooting; receipts wait in the Receipt Box and are read when the quota renews. The Account screen shows your quota and when it renews.

A receipt could not be read. Did I lose a credit?

No. If a reading fails for a reason that is not your fault (a blurry image or not a receipt, a server error, a lost connection), the credit is given back.

Duplicates

The same store's receipt with the same receipt number, day and amount is never saved twice. If the receipt number could not be read and you have an expense with the same amount in the same minute, you see a “possible duplicate” note; if it really is a separate purchase, choose “Ayrı fiş olarak kaydet” (save as a separate receipt).

Receipts in another currency

A foreign-currency receipt is saved and shown in its own currency (for example 53,51 €). It is not converted and is not added to TL totals, the category breakdown, insights or the price memory; the Summary shows it in a separate block. If the currency was read wrong, tap the currency chip on the confirmation screen.

Receipts older than 5 years

The app saves receipts and expenses up to 5 years back from today. If the date was read wrong, use “Tarihi düzelt” (fix the date); if the receipt really is older, “Fişi sil” (delete the receipt). Nothing saved before is hidden: the custom period reaches back to your oldest record.

Do I need the internet?

Yes, receipts are read on our server. A receipt taken offline waits on your phone and is sent when you are back online.

Account and data

Moving to a new phone

• On the old phone: Account → “Yeni telefona geç” → “Aktarma kodu al” (get a transfer code). The code has 8 characters, is valid for 24 hours and works once.
• On the new phone: install the app and, before adding any receipt or expense, go to Account → “Kodum var, hafızamı buraya taşı” → enter the code → “Hafızamı taşı”.
• Your expense records move. Photos of old receipts stay on the old phone; on the new phone those receipts say “Fotoğraf bu cihazda değil” (photo not on this device).
• Do not share the code: whoever enters it moves your expense memory to their phone.

Download my data, delete my account

• “Verimi indir” (download my data) on the Account screen saves every record we keep about you as a JSON file on your phone. On iPhone: Files → On My iPhone → Kaça Aldım. On Android the share sheet opens: send the file to Drive, Downloads or your e-mail.
• “Hesabımı sil” (delete my account; press and hold) permanently deletes your expenses, receipts and photos. It cannot be undone.
• Removing the app does not delete the records on our server; delete your account first. If you already removed the app, write to us with your device ID.

Where are my photos?

A receipt photo is sent only to be read and is deleted from our server as soon as it has been read; the lasting copy stays on your phone, inside the app. A photo waiting to be read stays on the server until it is read. See the Privacy Policy.

The banner on the Summary screen

A small banner at the top of the Summary screen promotes one of our studio's own apps. Close it with × and it stays hidden for 24 hours. There is no ad network or tracking, and no user data goes to it. To report an ad, tap the “Ad” label and choose “Reklamı bildir” (report this ad): your e-mail app opens a ready message to whatipaid@trademire.ai with the ad's ID and the app version. You send it yourself.
